SUPA SPC provides digital asset registry and infrastructure services exclusively through partnerships with licensed financial institutions.
We do not provide banking, investment, advisory, custody, or any other regulated financial services ourselves.
Digital assets are not insured and may involve a risk of total loss.
SUPA SPC acts as the official issuer and registrar of documents generated through its platform.
Each document is executed using a qualified electronic signature with full legal effect.

Acceptance of These Terms
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using our website, platform, or any related online or offline services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.
Third-Party Services and Resale
SUPA SPC may resell or facilitate access to services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to:

SUPA SPC itself does not provide financial services and holds no financial services licence.
1. About Us
SUPA SPC operates as a technology platform integrating software, infrastructure, and services licensed from multiple providers.
We facilitate:
- Cayman Islands business registrations
- Access to account opening services
- Payment processing connectivity
- Currency exchange functionality
- Digital asset-related operations
All such services are delivered exclusively by licensed third-party providers in their respective jurisdictions.
SUPA SPC does not directly provide regulated services and does not maintain regulatory authorisation for financial activity.
2. Nature of the Services
The Services:
- provide information about the SUPA platform;
- enable users to express interest in or apply for third-party services.
Nothing within the Services constitutes:
- an offer;
- a recommendation;
- financial, legal, or tax advice;
- or a solicitation by SUPA SPC.
SUPA SPC acts solely as a facilitator connecting users with independent third-party providers and assumes no responsibility for the underlying services.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or networks;
- introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- use automated data-collection tools without written consent;
- copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except where expressly permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice or liability if a breach is suspected or for operational, legal, or security reasons.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the Services — including text, graphics, software, trademarks, and logos — is owned by or licensed to SUPA SPC and protected under:
- Cayman Islands intellectual property law; and
- applicable international conventions.
Content may be used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Any other reproduction or commercial use requires prior written consent.

It does not constitute:

SUPA SPC has no control over and accepts no liability for:
- third-party content;

- regulatory compliance.
Your relationship with any third party is governed solely by their terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Cayman Islands law, SUPA SPC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents exclude all liability, including for:
- indirect or consequential loss;
- loss of profit or revenue;
- data loss;
- reputational damage.
This applies whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for losses arising from services delivered by third-party providers, including any financial services accessed via the platform.
8. Disclaimer Regarding Resold Services
All business registration, banking access, payments, currency exchange, or digital asset services are supplied exclusively by licensed third-party providers.
Such services:
- are not obligations of SUPA SPC;
- are not guaranteed by SUPA SPC;
- are used entirely at the client’s risk.
Clients must review provider terms directly.
9. Changes to Services or Terms
We may:
- modify or discontinue any Service;
- amend these Terms at our sole discretion.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication.
Continued use constitutes irrevocable acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands courts.
