You may lose some or all of the value of your digital assets. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Digital asset values may fluctuate due to market volatility, technological developments, regulatory or legal changes, cybersecurity incidents, geopolitical events, and other unforeseen factors.

We do not execute transactions, manage digital assets, or hold or safeguard client assets. All such activities are conducted solely by licensed partner institutions, subject to their own regulatory protections.


2. Scope of Our Services

Our Services are limited to:

  • Providing information about digital asset registry and infrastructure services available through partnerships
  • Assisting with initial enquiries, registrations, and introductions to licensed partner institutions
  • Supporting document issuance and verification processes

We do not provide personal investment or financial advice, transaction execution, custody or safekeeping of digital assets, or portfolio management or advisory services.


3. Conflicts of Interest

We maintain policies and procedures designed to identify, manage, mitigate, and, where possible, avoid conflicts of interest arising in our operations. Potential conflicts may include remuneration or commercial arrangements with partner institutions or suppliers, and referral relationships between affiliated entities.

4. Complaints Handling

We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly, typically within eight (8) weeks.
If you remain dissatisfied, or where the complaint concerns a partner institution’s product or service, you may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution authority, such as the Office of the Ombudsman (Cayman Islands) or an equivalent body in the relevant jurisdiction.


5. Data Protection and Information Sharing

Personal data collected through our Services may be shared with licensed partner financial institutions and authorised third-party suppliers where necessary to process your enquiry, registration, or service request. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.


6. Jurisdiction-Specific Disclosures

Cayman Islands

As a Cayman-incorporated entity, we comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations overseen by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), the Data Protection Act, 2017 (as revised), and other relevant local legal requirements.

Hong Kong and Other Jurisdictions

Services facilitated through providers such as SUPA RED LTD are subject to the Hong Kong Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615) and applicable regulatory supervision within that jurisdiction.
Access to our Services from outside the Cayman Islands may be restricted. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. We do not solicit business in jurisdictions where such activity would be unlawful.
We also observe relevant international compliance standards, including those aligned with FATF recommendations concerning virtual assets.


7. Benchmark and Reference Rate Disclosure

SUPA SPC does not administer or contribute to financial benchmarks. Any services involving reference rates or pricing mechanisms are governed by market conditions and disclosures issued by the relevant licensed partner institutions.


8. Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Crime Prevention

We are committed to the prevention of financial crime, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, and fraud.
Users are subject to due diligence procedures, including identity verification, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring. Suspicious activity may be reported to competent authorities in accordance with Cayman Islands law and applicable international obligations.
